30-Day Return Window: Customers can return items within 30 days of purchase without any return fee.

Initial Shipping Cost: The initial shipping cost will not be covered in the refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items: Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
Condition of Returned Items:
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
  • Items must not be damaged or altered.
Return Process:
  • You can initiate the return process by logging into your Iconique Jewellery account. If you don't have an account, contact us at shopping@iconiquejewellery.com with your order details.
  • We will send you a return label within 7 business days.
  • Carefully package the parcel, stick the return label onto the packaging and drop it to your nearest post office.
  • Our staff will inspect the items to ensure they meet the return conditions.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed into your account.
  • In most case, your will receive funds within 10 business days. Processing times vary between banks.
